Terms of sale
Version v2-2026-09 · 23 September 2026
These terms apply to buying the go_local pass. Please read them before you buy — they describe exactly what you are getting and what rights you have.
1. Seller
Dimitrios Lazaridis · Megalopolis City Marketing, Paster 3, 54633 Thessaloniki, Greece · ΑΦΜ EL189615316 · megalopolisskg@gmail.com.
2. What the pass is
The go_local pass is digital access to a curated city guide with offers from partner businesses. After payment you receive a personal link and a QR code by email. It is not a transport ticket, not admission to sights, and not prepaid credit.
3. Validity and personal use
- The pass is valid for one season (summer or winter), as stated at the time of purchase.
- It is personal and cannot be transferred.
- Each offer can be redeemed once per pass, on the partner's premises, by scanning your QR code.
4. What the κέρασμα is
Every host decides for themselves what they put on the house and states it to us in writing; exactly that is written openly on their page. The gesture applies once per pass and per venue, has no monetary value, cannot be paid out in cash and cannot be combined with other offers of the venue. go_local does not promise an amount saved and does not advertise a total value.
5. Price and payment
The price shown at checkout is the final consumer price and includes any applicable VAT. Payment is handled by Stripe. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed; you receive your pass by email immediately afterwards.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. However, because the pass is digital content supplied immediately, that right ENDS as soon as performance begins — provided you expressly requested it and acknowledged losing the right. You confirm both with two tick boxes before payment; without them the purchase cannot be completed. To withdraw before performance begins, an email to the seller's address is enough; we refund within 14 days using the same payment method.
7. If a partner leaves
The list of partners can change during a season. If a business leaves, we try to replace it with an equivalent one. There is no claim to any particular business or any particular offer. If a substantial part of the programme disappears, contact us — we will find a fair solution.
8. The partners' own services
The food, the tours and every other service are provided by the business in question, not by us. They are responsible for their quality. We check every partner before they join and remove anyone who does not keep to what was agreed.
9. Complaints and dispute resolution
Write to us first — most things are settled with one email. As a consumer you can also turn to the Greek Consumer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr). The European ODR platform ceased operating in July 2025.
10. Governing law
Greek law applies. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
